Hope International University
Hope International University (HIU) is a four year fully accredited University that strives to make an impact in whatever field a student chooses. HIU offers many degrees from Biblical Studies, Student Ministry, Liberal Studies, Business and Management, to Psychology and more. All these majors are Christ-centered, meaning they are geared to help students become servant leaders. HIU emphasizes that if we are going to emulate Jesus, we must do as He did. In the words of Jesus, "[I] did not come to be served, but to serve..." (Mark 10:45). The greatest act of service was Jesus sacrificing His life for us.
Both Pastor Bryan and Pastor Brett attended HIU for their undergraduate education. Discovery financially supports HIU to assist them in training up servant leaders. Pastors Bryan and Brett are thankful for their education.
We support HIU because we believe in their mission and are grateful for all the men and women they are training to make an impact for the Kingdom of God. One great aspect about HIU is that they train students not only for the ministry but also for the secular (non-religious) world.
